OACETT hosted a webinar on Thursday, November 5, 2026, titled “Professional Identity & Inclusion in Practice,” the third session in our Belonging & Inclusion learning series. Hosted by Belonging and Inclusion Committee (BIC) Chair Lara Widdifield, C.E.T., and facilitated by Matthew Fleming from CultureAlly, this 90-minute, active CPD-eligible session explored neurodiversity, gender inclusion, and identity-based barriers in the engineering technology profession. Through practical case studies and interactive discussions, participants gained actionable strategies to foster inclusive environments and champion belonging in their workplaces, Chapters, and communities.
