Every year, OACETT completes a Fair Registration Practices (FRP) report for the Ontario Office of the Fairness Commissioner in compliance with the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 (FARPACTA). The Fairness Commissioner is responsible for fair, transparent, and timely registration practices across Ontario's regulated professions, health colleges, and skilled trades.
