Welcome to OACETT Linx – A New Way to Connect, Engage, and Grow

We are excited to introduce OACETT Linx, a new digital platform designed to enhance member engagement, strengthen connections across Ontario, and provide greater visibility into chapter and association activities.

While Linx is not replacing the OACETT website, member portal, or chapter e-blasts, it serves as a complementary tool to enhance communication and engagement. Chapters are encouraged to continue using traditional communication methods like email while also leveraging Linx to repromote events, share highlights, and keep conversations going before and after an activity takes place.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your reach, strengthen chapter engagement, and help members feel more connected to the work happening in their local and provincial communities.

Stay Up to Date with Your Chapter and Fellow Members

Stay informed by hearing directly from other members and chapter executives about local updates, activities, and shared resources. While official communications like e-blasts will continue, Linx offers a new way to receive informal updates and conversations happening within your chapter community.

Learn about exciting events taking place across the province — from technical tours and webinars to networking socials. Share your experiences, discuss what inspired you, and gather new ideas for future programming.

Linx gives members a space to share helpful documents, tools, templates, and tips with one another. Whether you’re a new volunteer or a long-time contributor, you’ll find — and contribute — valuable resources to support each other’s work and involvement.

How to Join OACETT Linx

On July 14, all chapter members will receive an invitation email with a personalized registration link to create their OACETT Linx account. Please note:

This is not an automatic login using your existing OACETT member portal credentials.
You must use the registration link provided to set up your Linx account.

If you do not receive the invitation email by July 18th, please contact services@oacett.org and a member of our team will assist you. Once registered, you can login to the platform website at oacett.mn.co from any device, or download the app from your Apple and Google Play app stores.

We invite you to explore OACETT Linx and take advantage of this exciting new space to connect, share, and grow together.

While Linx currently focuses on chapter engagement and member connection, it is just the beginning. More spaces will be introduced over time to support additional member groups, initiatives, and shared interests across the association.
