Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on a team based problem solving or process improvements to improve an organization’s performance by removing inefficiencies, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and by reducing variation. It combines Lean (Toyota Production System) and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies. Lean Six Sigma is in great demand across all sectors, especially in service, healthcare, and the public sector. Many organizations are looking for Lean Six Sigma certified professionals.

The half-day white belt training will provide an overview of the history of Lean, its application in various sectors, KPI's, and the 3 P's (purpose, people, and process) of Lean. You will learn about the Lean 8 Waste through various exercises, along with other tenets of Lean Six Sigma philosophy and principles. A main focus of this session is to learn how to apply the problem solving methodology through D-M-A-I-C principles in any sector, for any problem or process. Lean Six Sigma is simple and can be applied everywhere.
