OACETT's new member portal to launch on Tuesday, February 23.
The portal will be a one-stop-shop for all things membership.
As communicated to you on January 20, 2021, OACETT is happy to announce that we will be officially launching our new Member Portal on Tuesday, February 23.
The Portal will be a one-stop-shop for all things membership, from access to chapter communications, certification information, renewals, affinity partner access codes, applications, and much more. Once live, as with all such projects of this nature, certain features will not be available initially; however, we are working hard to ensure they will be included as quickly as possible, and we will be sure to keep you informed as updates are made to the system.
A blackout period will be required to complete the transition to a new system and therefore, access to membership services and the OACETT website will not be available from Friday, February 19 to Monday, February 22, inclusive. There will be a delay in updating membership dues payments that were made between October 2020 and February 2021.
On Tuesday, February 23, 2021, please be sure to check your email inbox with a message from OACETT that will contain the following:
- A link to the new member portal
- A unique code (specific to you that allows you to create a login password and access your information)
- Instructions on how to create your log in in the member portal
With the launch of the new OACETT portal, there are some changes to how your annual membership renewals will be communicated to you. Your annual dues notice will no longer be mailed and will be e-mailed going forward. All members will be required to log in to their portal account to complete their renewal process.
