Do you have specific expertise in not-for-profit governance?

If so, OACETT needs YOU! Your Council is forming a Task Force to review the governance, by-law and policy framework of OACETT in the interest of modernization and establishing the system that best supports the strategic objectives of your association. A copy of the terms of reference for the task force can be found here.

  • A certified member in good standing
  • Significant experience with and knowledge of volunteer governance models (not necessarily limited to OACETT)
  • Ability to commit to the full term of the mandate
As an inclusive community, we strongly encourage nominations by women in technology, people of all ages, and individuals who represent the rich cultural diversity of Ontario.

Nominations should include:

  • up to 800 words about how you or the individual meet the criteria (in particular the experience with volunteer governance)
  • a copy of the nominee’s current resume.
If you are interested in the role, or know someone well-suited, please submit nominations to the CEO, Cheryl Farrow, by 5pm ET Monday, February 1, 2021.
