New Customer Relationship Management Software

OACETT will be releasing its new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the next few weeks.

Dear OACETT Members,

 

Happy New Year! We hope you enjoyed a safe and relaxing holiday. 

 

I am pleased to announce that OACETT will be releasing our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the next few weeks. This new system includes a revitalized Member Portal, which will provide you with a user-friendly interface to access important information such as upcoming events, your certification and membership profiles, renewals, applications and chapter communications. In November, we communicated to you that the CRM and Member Portal would be live that month. Due to unforeseen delays, we had to push back the original release date. We are currently in the final stages of this major system implementation. To that end, I would like to note that staff will be focused on those final touches to the CRM and Member Portal for the month of January. We kindly ask for your patience with any requests, as staff replies may be delayed slightly due to the finalization of this vital resource. Payment and application processing times will be slower than normal during this transition. 

 

OACETT is gearing up for a very busy 2021, and as the new CEO, I would like to reassure you that we will continue to provide you with the service you deserve. Please be sure to check your email inbox and our website for further communications relating to the release of and access to the new Member Portal.
