Member portal launch and blackout period

February 19 – 22, 2021

Member Portal launch:

This is a reminder that OACETT's new Member Portal will officially be launched on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Please be on the lookout for an email communication that will be sent this coming Tuesday February 23rd, at 8:30 am with instructions on how to access the new member portal, along with your special access code.

Blackout period:

This is a reminder as well that before we launch the system, some technical work is required in preparation for go-live. As a result, there will be a website blackout period starting on Friday, February 19 and continuing until Monday, February 22 inclusive. During this time, you will not be able to access the OACETT website. No membership processes, such as applications, renewals, purchases etc., will be possible during the black-out period.  There will be a delay in updating the new system for membership dues payments that were made between October 2020 and February 2021. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 

With the launch of the new OACETT portal, there are some changes to the way your annual membership renewals will be communicated to you. Starting on March 1, 2021, your annual dues notice will no longer be mailed and will be e-mailed going forward. Please contact us if you wish to receive your notice by mail instead. All members will be required to log in to their portal account to complete their renewal process.
