Latest update on OACETT’s new member portal features
OACETT staff and our vendor are working hard to get everything up and running
We understand some members are experiencing difficulties with our new member portal. Please know that OACETT staff and our vendor are working hard to get everything up and running. Our current turnaround time on issues is 7 to 10 business days - we thank you for your patience as we work to reduce that time to 72 hours.
At present, our emphasis is on resolving the following issues as soon as possible:
- Updating your past dues payments to ensure your membership accounts are up-to-date and active. Once your account is updated, official tax receipts will be available to access.
- Issues with the Renew Now button not displaying to make renewal payments.
- Issues with the Forgot Your Password feature as password reset requests are not sending notifications.
- May 2021 renewal invoices and reminder notices have been delayed to finalize the email notices.
- Chapter executive unable to send out email communications.
- Members not receiving their unique portal invitation code to access their account in the new portal. If you did not receive your portal invitation code on February 23, 2021, by email, please contact info@oacett.org.
We have some good news to share as well. To date, the following have been resolved:
- Chapter portal access for members, which includes announcements and events.
- Access to affinity partner discount codes and the salary survey dashboard.
We acknowledge how frustrating this situation may be and have provided some workarounds where possible. We would like to thank you for your patience.
