Create your login for OACETT’s New Member Portal

The new member portal is now live

The wait is finally over! I am pleased to announce the launch of OACETT’s new Member Portal. This portal replaces the previous login area on OACETT’s website and gives you access to more ways to manage your OACETT membership. 


To set-up a login and verify your profile information in the member portal, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.


  1. Go to
  2. Click  “Sign In” and then click on the “Redeem Code” tab
  3. Copy and paste the code sent to your email into the Invitation Code box and click Redeem Code.  If 
  4. You will now be transferred to the “Sign Up/Join” tab, where you will be able to see your “Invitation Code” highlighted in blue above the email field.  
    • Please note that existing members must redeem their unique invitation code rather than sign up for a new account. 
  5. Your primary email address on record, to which we are sending this communication, will appear in the email field. You will need to create a password that must have a minimum of 8 characters and at least one character from three of the following four groups:
    • 1 uppercase letter
    • 1 lowercase letter
    • 1 number
    • 1 special character
  6. Once you have created a password that fits the above criteria, you will be asked to rewrite this password under “Confirm Password
  7. Following this, click “Sign Up/Join
  8. You will now have access to your profile in the member portal.
  9. We ask that you review your personal information on the profile page on the portal. Should you have any changes or additions, please enter them into the corresponding boxes and click “Submit

Projects such as these always require some adaptation and continuous improvement during the transition period. As a result, I would like to remind you that certain portal features are still under construction; however, we are working hard to ensure they will be included as quickly as possible. The following will not be made available at this time:

  • Chapter portal access for members, which includes announcements and events. Members will still receive email communications from their chapter chair. 
  • Access to affinity partner discount codes and the salary survey dashboard. For more information, please contact  
  • Data relating to application and certification requirements for members who joined before October 6, 2020; this includes technology reports and proposals and academic or experience requirements. To see your application/certification details, a certification summary as of January 21, 2021 has been provided on the portal landing page. For issues, please contact for assistance.
  • Results for the Professional Practice Exams from the last three weeks. 
  • Membership cards are not currently available to print from the portal. 
  • Volunteer expense claims cannot be submitted at this time. 
  • The ‘Pay by Interac’ option is not yet available as an online payment option.  Please pay by credit card or access your bank’s online website, noting your membership number as the account number and the payee as ‘OACETT’. 
  • Details on some member accounts may not be up-to-date for membership profile changes and dues payments that were made between October 2020 and February 2021.
