2014 OACETT Salary Survey Now Available
For more than 10 years OACETT has conducted research on the compensation and employment trends of engineering technology professionals. We recently completed data collection on OACETT’s 2014 Salary Survey and are excited to share the results.
The survey received a record-high response rate this year, providing members and employers with total compensation data for a wide range of engineering technology roles within the public, manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors. The data gathered also captures valuable insight into job satisfaction, workplace trends, benefits and perks, professional development and other determining factors.
This year we are enabling our members to get an even clearer picture of how their compensation situation stacks up against their peers, by offering a dashboard tool that allows you to interact with the data and filter results by geographic region, discipline, education and level or responsibility, among other factors. The dashboard tool allows you to segment the Salary Survey findings in a way that is most meaningful to you and leaves you better equipped to negotiate fair compensation.
Both the Survey and the Dashboard tool are accessible to OACETT members—free of charge—from the dropdown menu in the password-protected portion of our website. You will have to log in to download the report.
Surveys can be purchased by non-members for $375 plus tax;
