Tracking CPD and Supporting Documentation

Tracking CPD

The electronic portfolio will be made available this year.

In the meantime, members can use this excel spreadsheet or record  their activities using any method that works best for them or what they may already be using  but will be encouraged to use OACETT’s CPD electronic portfolio that is being developed.  Members will keep records of the activities for each three year cycle.

Depending on the activity, documentation will differ and may include such items as:
  • transcripts, receipts of payment, course outlines, certificates of completion/attendance
  • written confirmation from employer that member attended and passed
