 Please read the Road to Certification section of our website and the Frequently Asked Questions prior to completing an application.

Students attending an Ontario Post-Secondary School

• currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary, engineering technology or applied science diploma program in Ontario and have completed at least one year

 Educated in Canada

• you have completed at least 1 year at a Canadian post-secondary institution in an applied science or engineering technology program but are not presently enrolled in school

 Educated outside Canada

• you have not completed at least one year at a Canadian post-secondary instititution in an applied science or engineering technology diploma/degree program

Special Consideration 

• for applicants who have little or no formal academic background but who have extensive work experience (more than 15 years), some credit for experience in lieu of academics may be granted at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.  Please contact the OACETT office for more information.
