Second File Review
An OACETT member may request a 2nd File Review if he/she disagrees with the Admissions Committee assessment or has additional information not previously provided that may impact the evaluation. Review the 2nd File Review Evaluation Troubleshooting Guide to ensure that the examples given do not pertain to your situation. Then, if appropriate, complete the Request for a 2nd File Review Form stating why you are requesting your file be re-reviewed. Requests are not accepted over the phone or without the completed form. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for the 2nd review.
