An OACETT member may request a 2nd File Review if he/she disagrees with the Admissions Committee assessment.
First, read the
2nd File Review Evaluation Troubleshooting Guide
to ensure that the examples given do not pertain to your situation.
Then, if appropriate, complete the
Request for a 2nd File Review
stating why you are asking for your file to be re-reviewed.
Attach any supplementary documentation that would support your request.
Requests are not accepted over the phone or without the completed form.
Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for the 2nd Review.
If you have new information for the Admissions Committee to assess, do not use the 2nd File Review form.
