Every two years OACETT polls members to get key information about their salaries, working conditions and the other benefits they receive in their place of employment. A consultant tabulates the data and writes a detailed report that is available to all OACETT members in the members’ section of the website.
Many employers use this survey to guide their compensation practices. It’s a key source of information for members to understand their worth as practising technologists or technicians and they often use it in salary negotiations with their employers.
