Appointments for Application Inquiries
For those clients who need or require assistance in completing their applications, appointments are held at the following times and are of 10 minutes duration or less.
Mondays: 9 a.m. – 12 noon
Wednesdays: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Fridays: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Please call 416-621-9621 for an appointment. Although there is no fee for this service, it is not necessary for you to meet with an Admissions Coordinator prior to submitting your application. Completed applications, supporting documentation and fees can be sent by regular mail.
For those clients requiring additional services that cannot be accommodated in the normal ten minute appointment, OACETT has instituted a service for notarization of documents, detailed reviews of applications and/or documents, and academic review, etc. There is a fee for these extended appointments which can last up to 45 minutes in length. Please call the number above if interested in scheduling one of these appointments and to find out the current fee.
